Homeworks Advantage (“we,” “us”) is operated by Cleverwork / AIA4. This policy covers the marketing site at https://homeworksadvantage.com (and the Coolify review host) and the onboarding form at onboarding.homeworksadvantage.com.
What we collect
- Contact and business details you submit in onboarding (name, email, phone, addresses, GBP categories, package tier).
- Files you upload (for example EIN/CP575 PDFs, brand photos) stored in our secure object storage.
- Technical logs needed to run the service (IP, user agent, error traces) and optional analytics if configured.
How we use it
- To deliver your HWA30 site, GoHighLevel wiring, and monthly footprint work for the package you choose.
- To sync onboarding payloads into GoHighLevel and related delivery tools you authorize.
- To respond to support requests and improve reliability of the product.
Sharing
We use processors such as hosting, database, email/SMS, and CRM vendors to operate the service. We do not sell your personal information. Brand and business assets you provide are used to build and maintain your contracted digital footprint.
Retention & security
We retain onboarding and delivery records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet legal obligations. Access is limited to operators who need it for delivery or support.
Your choices
Email info@homeworksadvantage.com to request access, correction, or deletion of onboarding data where applicable. Marketing emails include an unsubscribe path when used.
